If I spin my aiming reticle during a slide attack, will the attack get faster (if I spin in the same direction) or slower (if I spin in the opposite direction)?

Does anyone know the specific time point intervals where assassins spawn? I've been spawn-camping the wolf for 5 minutes each mission and I'd like to know if I can safely cut it down by another minute or so.
(also does anyone know the spawn chance of the Wolf?)

u/Reaverz Mar 24 '19
It's 30 seconds to 4 mins for Stalker, I assume it is the same for all assassins.

Great, I'll shave a minute off the timer, thanks.
No spawns from Wolf this whole day, it's really exasperating. Through all of yesterday he spawned twice and only dropped mods.

Is there a list/spreadsheet somewhere giving the best DPS combinations for each Zaw? I've seen one for Kitguns, but I need to build Zaws. Thanks.

What is a good rhino or Saryn guild?
I am m4 at the moment.

Rhino: Focus a ton on his armor, since that will determine the strength of iron skin. After that, get some augments and ability mods, both of which will help him reach high levels. Remember that iron skin becomes stronger if rhino activates it in the midst of high damage, so use it in front of things like heavy gunners to maximize the output of your skin. Roar is a strong team support move. Stomp and charge are great CC techniques. Shield and health mods are potentially irrelevant if you use iron skin properly, as that will absorb all,the damage, long as you steer clear of nullifier bubbles

Trading Etiquette question - When trading Prime Warframe stuff, is it expected that I already have crafted the part, or are most people expecting a BP?

Was the Corvas nerfed or Profit-Taker’s armour buffed? Took a look at latest patch notes but couldn’t see any mention of either but my Corvas used to take 2-3 shots per part but now it takes around double, if not more and I’m using exact same build.

Nothing has happened

Thanks for the response, I figured out what was wrong and feel pretty stupid. When I rearranged the order of my mods, I put the elements in the wrong order.

Day 39 MR6 Player here, quick question to the vets: how many weapon and warframe slots is "enough"?
Obviously you probably want enough frame slots to get most of the major goodies out there (have 4 so far), but I was curious just how many favorite weapons you hang onto?
I think I have about 12-15 weapon slots at the moment, so I'm keeping 1 of each major weapon type I like and using the rest of the slots for MR-ranking throwaways:
Primary (3 so far): Shotgun = Hek (soon to be forma-ed for nightwave task), Sniper Rifle = Vulkar (forma-ed because I got a great dmg mod for it), Bow = Paris (will build a new Dark Bow soon), Rifle = TBD (don't have a favorite yet)
Secondary (0): no die-hard favorites yet worth keeping
Melee (2): Dual Ether Swords (cool looking), working on getting Tipedoe -> next version of it,

I keep every weapon and warframe. If I get something new and don't have a slot for it, then that means I don't have enough, so I buy more.
Gotta catch 'em all.

right now plat/slots may be an issue, one day it will not be. I like having one of each non-prime meta weapon and one of each prime.

Completely preferential question. It sort of happened organically for me, but I eventually hit a point where I purchase more slots whenever asked, without thinking twice about it. I only purge items that get a superior prime/prisma/wraith/vandal/dex version now.
You never know when the meta will switch, you will need a weapon copy to build another weapon, you get a riven for it, or if it can get use in an Arbitration ect... The being said... I generally stick to the same dozen to 2 dozen weapons 90% of the time. (The other 10% being leveling new stuff for MR).

Ah, so there's more to the Weapon Grind than just getting the Mastery Rank... I've bookmarked the Weapons as Crafting Ingredients thread on the wiki so I know which weapons I should rank later when I have the necessary pieces to augment them further (e.g. Bo + Kunai = Tipedo). Any weapon that I don't like though and isn't crafting fodder I've been chucking (e.g. the Gram is an awkward greatsword to swing around). Thanks for sharing! :)

Howdy, fellow Tenno, I'm relatively new to the game and I'm stuck on the Jupiter Junction (Valkyr). Whenever I look at video guides, I notice that they are always getting way more energy than I am (I get about 1 energy/s, they get about 10 energy/s). None of them ever call attention to anything special they are doing to get this regeneration rate and none of the mods they show seem to provide it. So, my question is how are they getting it? Is there some mod I've missed or is this something that was changed in a patch (the videos are mostly ~1 year old)?
Beyond that, if anyone has any good tips or advice (Volt is my only frame at the moment, but a Rhino should be arriving any minute now), let me know.
Thanks.

Hello fellow new player, I got into Jupiter last week. It was definitely the first junction fight that wasn't an easy One-Punch smackdown for me, but I don't recall it being anything super difficult to clear... I also was a Volt Main when clearing it, and I think I deployed by SA3 shield ability once to block bullet barrage, took some sniper rifle potshots at Valkyr's head from behind it, then when it dissipated I just went lightning speed SA2 + parkour to close the gap and melee the crap out of him with my maxxed dual ether swords + elemental damage mods. I maybe had to disengage once just to recover some shield health but was never in danger of dying...
How are you modding your frame/weapons? I always make sure I have 1 of the 3 primed for maximum damage potential while leveling the others... i.e. high Serration level on primary and high pressure point on melee. Usually I never use my secondary weapon because it's too weak. The Vulkar is a great punching sniper rifle for us lower MR players (Headshot Dmg scales up with Zoom Level), and the Hek is obviously the best/easiest shotgun we can get at MR4.

I think I'm reasonably well specced for damage, but it's hard to be sure. I have a +100% Pressure Point on my Melee and a +75% Serration on my Primary along with some elemental damage on top. Like you, I just haven't found the secondary super useful in this fight although I often run out of primary ammo at some point (even with an ammo boost). I have shields, health and armor boosted on my frame along with ability efficiency, max energy and ability effect boosts. I don't have the mod that boosts ability duration.
For primary, I'm using a Braton. I have a Boltor and Gorgon available, but the Braton I've found to be the most consistent. Melee I've tried both the Fragor and the Cronus, both with similar results. Melee just seems like a huge crapshoot. I can get in close, but unless I use discharge to stun the Valkyr, it'll just go beast mode and one hit me. I'm usually able to react as it gets activated, but it only takes one mistake to ruin an otherwise perfectly good run. Given the length this fight seems to drag on for, the odds of making a mistake at some point seem high. Discharge takes a minute and a half to recharge, so I will run out of time long before I'll kill the Specter if I only attack when it's up. I can stay at a distance, but ammo becomes an issue long before it's anywhere near half health, let alone dead.

People doing guides probably have a lot of play time, and will have ways of getting energy faster that they don't even think about anymore. Energy stops being an issue at some point, and a lot of veterans forget there was ever a time.
Most of the ways of getting it you don't have access to at this point, so don't sweat it. The only one you might is the Energy Siphon aura mod. That's on the Nightwave Cred store for 20 wolf creds I think? Not a bad one to have early game, though Corrosive Projection is the standby once you get other energy sources.
Any other advice: Just the standard advice. Rhino's great, and will carry you through the star chart or until you find a new love. Get a good weapon. Hek is recommended and is super easy to get. I preferred the Atmos, but the resources are a bit further along. Get into modding; level up the base mods (raw damage, multishot, elemental damage) and put them on everything. Do Maroo's weekly thing to build up more endo.
Have fun :D

Any idea when the Commodore Prime cosmetics will be available again?
