Looks like a slight rewording of a poem by Li Chuquan 李處全 (1131-1189 CE). The original poem has:
柏酒香浮白玉船
"The aroma of cypress-leaf wine pervades (lit. floats) the white jade boat."
栢 is a synonym for 柏, "cypress", so the reworded one reads:
栢
栢酒浮香
"The floating aroma of cypress-leaf wine."
