Episode Synopsis: Old wounds are re-opened when Elijah and Marcel are forced into an uneasy alliance. Together, they meet with Alaric who has tracked down a crucial artifact that could help in their fight against The Hollow.

I wonder if the conclusion of Klaus's story arch this season will be to let Hope go from his protection and send her to stay at the boarding school. She has been complaining she has no friends etc, so it would be good for her and explain why Klaus sends a hefty check to them.
It would be a shame if she remained there though, I really want her to hang around and sass her way though witches like it's nobody's business, or maybe have her as a main character and have a B plot around her set in the school. That would be cool.

I really hope that Hope will be the one to defeat the Hollow. I really want to see more of her.

Now she's old enough to stand on her own I'm hoping we get so much more of her. She's an anomaly of nature, I'd like to explore what that means.

Does anyone what the timeline between the two shows is? What year is it in TO and what is Ric doing in TVD?

TO is 2 years after the end of TVD, Ric is working at the school with Caroline I'm guessing.
