Let's talk about being bright: if you're going to be a total dickbag, maybe you shouldn't use the same user name as your Instagram.

I manage bars in portland, and I have many friends who manage bars in portland. Good luck getting work. You have a shitty attitude.

Wow, they must have a really hard time in life if this one small exchange is enough for them to swear vengeance and try to ruin the hirability of someone who...doesn't take winekeys or bottle openers into bathrooms?

Tbf making sure your reddit account can't be tied to your irl identity is a good idea anyway, who knows when you'll set off someone from the crazy side of Reddit into doxxing you for vengeance.

Unless ofc you're in a sub where you need your real identity to be out.

A real bartender would have had one of their fingers surgically replaced with a multitool.

Of course, they'd still be bringing it to the bathroom with them.

How else are you supposed to crack the tip of your wang to get the pee flowing?

As a bartender I've never brought a wine key into a bathroom. But I don't keep it on my person period. Just my anecdote ok bye

I think it says something about the bars I've tended that I've never needed a wine key.

The anti-barista sentiment in that thread is pretty intense.
