A self-proclaimed 'Targeted Individual' travels to /r/TopMindsOfReddit to warn them of CIA mind-rape. The users there are not amused.

Is Lupus microwave induced? I believe so.

Better call Dr. House.

We've dealt with quite a few of these over at TMOR, we're also still confused.

r/gangstalking often has video accounts from "TI's", they're... unique.

This is quite possibly a literal schitzophrenic. I just... I just can't.

I can't pinch my nipples to this. It just isn't right.

I mean at least not without a liberal dose of targeted Voice of God thought control.

Ahhhhhh yeah. That's the shit.

It's fascinating how Reddit attracts this sort of person. The internet was the worst thing that could have happened to people like this, the last thing they need is other people confirming their delusions, which are often dangerous to themselves, never mind to others.

I wouldn't necessarily say Reddit attracts them. These people are all over, Reddit just gives them a chance to voice their concerns with some degree of anonymity.

Well its a good-news/bad-news sort of thing.

The good news is that affirming their delusions doesn't really make them any worse because they already believe them 100%.

The bad news is they already believe them 100% and can't be convinced otherwise. You can't rationalize a position that was not arrived at rationally.

I feel bad about all this but the voice in my head tells me to just enjoy the drama and not think about it too much.

Yeah, there's an extremely high correlation between these 'targeted individuals' who think they're being 'gangstalked' or hit with 'mind rays', and schizophrenia.

It's kind of interesting that guy brings a an lsd trip because apparently it's actually pretty similar to what a person with schizophrenia suffers.

3

u/MinisTreeofStupidity Jan 22 '16

It was really similar, you have no idea.

It was like the people were whispering into your mind, even though I knew it was the LSD.

For people like that 24/7 it must be a rough ride.

That is terrifying. Do you actually hear someone talking in your ear, or are they're like hyper realistic thoughts?

This is making me uncomfortable.

Explain how V2K describes many cars coming down the road around a corner out of my physical line of site perfectly. The operators will finish your sentence, tell you who is calling or texting your cell phone to prove to the TI that they are in a helpless situation. This is a very complex subject that requires too much reading to believe. I wrote enough, go look at my posts because I am not going to repeat myself to what I know is trolling. Oh, I guess you think that is just a memory problem that goes with mental illness. My last message. I warned all of you what tech will destroy your bloodlines and enslave the entire human race until the end of time. Have a nice life.

It isn't drama, it's just sad.

The popcorn tastes funny, and not in a good way. I can't get on board with this kind of drama. It's very likely actual mental illness, and I don't feel comfortable drawing more attention to what is already a very public display of it.

When's the last time you had your teeth cleaned

reminded me of this

Jandek's song about not painting your teeth. Should be good listening while reading those comments.

I know now I'll never have any flair again and I've come to terms with that.

This person is almost certainly suffering from paranoid-type schizophrenia. Obviously untreated mental illness makes the popcorn go stale, sorry.

6

u/Hindu_Wardrobe Jan 22 '16

This is just upsetting. :/

3

u/TXDRMST Jan 22 '16

Man, reading through this person's post history is really depressing and kind of creepy. It's sad that there are people out there who's paranoia consumes their every waking moment.

What is this post about me? Oh I can write copypasta and perfect advice animals over many image macros. You see low effort shit posts when I am memeing about this subject. I am being tortured by the reddit admins with banning and Blocked from mod mail weapons. I understand this might be unbelievable to you. This is why I don't spend much time proofreading my green text. 30 years ago if you posted today's memes no one would have upvoted you. I spend my time spreading karma to save lives unlike our coward mods and admins who get many reports a week. I do not care if you do not believe it, but you will one day.

You don't have enough upvotes for this fantastically accurate comment!

The format of that page is pretty damn close to the time cube shenanigans. Maybe it's a conspiracy?
