Bit of context for everyone:

-Up to 1997, the cars ran on slick tyres, he is the Tyrrell 025 from that season.

-Regulations were changed for the start of the 1998 season, including narrower cars and grooved tyres. Here is the Tyrrell 026.

-The OP was trying to show how fast the cars of that year would have been with slick tyres (although the Tyrrell was one of the slower cars of that year).
