I really enjoyed this episode and there were a ton of great moments, but my god Laurel's dialogue was hilariously bad. I'm not sure if it was her acting or just the script, but it felt so cheesy and stupid that I kept laughing every time she spoke.
I don't have a problem with her character or Katie Cassidy, but if they don't fix this quick I'm going to have a hard time taking this show seriously.

So something I took from this episode was that tptb have took note and have given Felicity the most prominent role next to Olliver. While I love Felicity as a character quite a bit, in a few scenes I felt like Diggle was just a big statue. I mean I think the lines could have been divided more equally between the two.
+ Upgraded Arrow cave + Justified reasoning for no killing, though I will be bummed if he never makes exceptions. + Roy looked like he has been training big time. + Thea running the club is a good direction, but I wonder why she hasn't asked about whats in the basement. + More Oliver transformation on the island.
