Hello, I'm looking for a story where alien scientists or explorers find earth and the ruins of human civilization. As they explore they find various articles and even manage to use a car to move around, and as they are exploring they receive a human transmission from the moon I believe.
I know that it is not "Archeology", as the depicted Earth is modern and not futuristic.

I'm looking for a story where humanity sees a bunch of alien ships coming towards earth and they have some years to prepare and they just manage to build some ships capable of taking a small population of humans off world the aliens come and destroy earth the small population escapes in to a small pocket dimension? That the aliens won't go near and think they are dead so in the dimension humanity bides it's time they make an ai to help them build ships and they name the ships they make at the start after countries I think there's also a spec ops team that commandeers an alien ship while they are destroying earth and they have a side story along with the guys in the pocket dimension

Looking for a story from a while ago human crash landed on a planet and said planet had magic (human crew got separated crash landing and one tried to send a distress signal out), also I do remember part of the story one of the crew found people or different species who carried staffs that were infused with magic and saved the crew member being attacked by something

I don't know if anyone can find this one.
It's a story about a human soldier assigned to work with catgirl aliens. He's a heavy ordinance specialist. In one chapter, they apparently deal with some kind of wolf-like alien the catgirls had exterminated in the past?

Looking for a story where a human is mistaken as a pet by aliens. The aliens were basically sentient birds. I just forgot the name of it.

I think I know what story you're talking about, I read in an anthology called The World Turned Upside Down. If I remember correctly it's an older story about a post-apocalyptic earth and a man who has a pet crow. The bird aliens think it's the other way around (the man is the crows pet) because of their natural bias and, um, misunderstandings happen.
I don't remember it's name and I don't have the book in front of me at the moment but when I get a chance I'll check for it.

looking for an old story i used to read but never finished. and now i cant remember the title.
some human wakes up in hell and finds magical items that makes him overpowered af. he then starts conquering hell and releases human prisoners and becomes a sort of ruler who fights the demon kingdom.
